A new green neighbourhood at the heart of Brixton

Higgins Partnerships' have now submitted a planning application for Somerleyton Road to Lambeth Council.

Lambeth Council will now run a statutory consultation ending on 2nd June 2025. The council will be in touch with local people directly with details of the statutory consultation. If you wish to participate, you can submit your comments directly via the planning portal using the link above. 

We are grateful for all feedback that was shared during our consultation on the proposals and look forward to continuing to work with the local community.

The materials which were presented are still available to view as well as the Statement of Community Involvement. This has been submitted in support of the planning application and provides a summary of the feedback received during the consultation period.
