Volunteering at Earls Court Skills Centre

Our team volunteered at Earls Court Skills Centre to support individuals taking part in the People with Convictions Programme. Participants took part in mock interviews, answering interview style questions and receiving tailored feedback to help them prepare for future employment opportunities and understand their next steps.

During the session, several participants from Lambeth were informed about potential opportunities connected to Somerleyton Road. The discussions provided valuable insight into local pathways for employment, work experience and skills development.

By sharing information on opportunities within their borough and providing relevant contact details, the session helped participants explore potential work experience placements and apprenticeship routes. We are proud to support initiatives that develop employability skills and create pathways into meaningful opportunities for local communities.
