The Community Review Panel will work alongside the project team throughout the construction phase to ensure residents' voices help shape decisions and minimise the impact of works on the local community.
As a panel member, you could:
Work with the project team to review and address day-to-day construction impacts on residents
Help shape the social value programme, including local employment, skills and community initiatives
Provide feedback on resident communications and engagement activities
Influence the delivery of community spaces, landscaping and public realm improvements
Help identify local priorities and opportunities for community benefit throughout the project
Higgins Group, in partnership with Lambeth Council, is delivering the next phase of the Somerleyton Road development, bringing new homes, community facilities, commercial spaces and enhanced public areas to the local community.
