2026 Women in Construction Event

Our team attended the 2026 Women in Construction event at Lambeth Town Hall, which brought together industry professionals, local organisations and residents to discuss the importance of increasing female representation within the construction industry. The event provided an opportunity to hear from a range of speakers and panel members who shared their experiences and perspectives on creating a more inclusive industry.

Throughout the event, the team engaged with local residents interested in pursuing careers in construction and gained a better understanding of their aspirations and career goals. Conversations focused on the support and pathways needed to help more women enter the industry.
